We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
Is your message about a specific product?
Each site in the network has its own contact channel. If your question is about jobs, paperwork, tools, services, housing or shopping, start directly on that site.
What helps us most to hear
- Something that does not work: a button that does nothing, a search that does not return what it should, a broken link. Telling us what you typed and what you expected makes it far quicker to fix.
- Your town, your trade or your category is missing. All 78 municipalities are there, but if you searched for something that should have come back and did not, we want to know.
- You run a business in Puerto Rico and want to appear in the network. Tell us what you do and which town you are in.
- A detail is wrong. A procedure whose requirements changed, a calculator that does not match your pay stub, a phone number that is no longer right. Correcting those matters more than adding new things.
What we cannot do from here
- We cannot file anything for you or look up your file at any agency. We have no access to that, and nobody who does should be asking you for it over email.
- We give no legal, tax or financial advice. We explain the procedure; the decision about your situation is not ours to make.
- We neither employ nor represent the professionals listed on MiPR Servicios, and we are not party to any deal you make with them.
- We do not post job openings ourselves. Listings come from the sources MyPRJobs gathers, and whoever posts them is the employer.
Please do not send us social security, bank account or card numbers. They are never needed to reply to you, and email is not the place for them. We use your address only to write back.
