This is the product where the reason the network exists is clearest. Land here is measured in cuerdas, and no calculator on the internet knows what a cuerda is. The Christmas bonus is law on the island and barely exists off it, so nobody has written a calculator for it. The IVU is not any state's sales tax.

- Is what I type into a calculator saved?
- No. The arithmetic happens in your browser and what you type is not stored. None of them require an account.
- What is a cuerda and why is there a calculator for it?
- The cuerda is the land measure used in Puerto Rico, roughly 0.97 acres. Because almost no tool from elsewhere recognises it, converting between cuerdas, acres and square metres ended up being done by hand. That is why it is there.
- Are the results valid for anything official?
- They are estimates meant to orient you. For a number going into an official document, a tax return or a contract, confirm with the agency or a professional.
